UK: Is The Housing Bubble About To Burst ?

Somebody says the bubble is about to burst, somebody says it is only deflating because there are still no reasons to see an actual explosion: anyway, housing prices slowing down

Housing prices are still growing really fast, yes, but we are not seeing a bubble burst here, because this is simply not what a bubble bursting looks like.

Bank of England tells us more about the issue:

UK mortgage lending

Loans for houses are decreasing…now this is a time bomb.

Note that the second chart can forecast the path of the first one, so prices will slow down again for some months.

But this is just a slowdown (at least for now), the true bubble burst will come and, by definition, it will be fast and dramatic.
